Patricia has been a lecturer at Stranmillis University College for twelve years, having previously taught mathematics at post-primary level. She is currently CREDIT Project Director.
Deputy Project Director
Lisa taught in a post-primary school for 8 years before joining the University College as a business and enterprise lecturer in 2004. Lisa is currently undertaking her doctoral thesis researching the role of education in preparing young people for living and working in a diverse society. She holds the position of CREDIT Deputy Project Director.
Project Administration Officer
Clare graduated from Queen’s University in 2007 with a BSc (Hons) degree in Human Geography and Social Anthropology. Clare has worked in various roles in Stranmillis since 2009 and is currently the CREDIT Project Administration Officer.
Research & Evaluation Officer
Owen has provided research and evaluation support at Stranmillis since March 2006, and has worked on various projects within the areas of diversity and disadvantage in education, the evaluation of educational interventions, and early years policy and pedagogy. Owen is currently assistant editor of the International Journal of Early Years Education and is undertaking a Masters degree in diversity and inclusion in education from Queen’s University Belfast.
VLE Manager/Educational Developer
Fergal has been employed at Stranmillis as an Educational Developer: Technology-Enhanced Learning for the past 6 years. Fergal co-ordinated the CETL project and has 13 years’ experience at the tertiary level, teaching and researching in the area of technology and pedagogy. Fergal is currently studying for his PhD, focusing on cognitive digital video in initial teacher education.
