College Structure
The Principal and four Vice Principals form the Senior Management Group. The College's teaching staff are members of one of four Departments: Initial Teacher Education (Primary); Initial Teacher Education (Post-primary); Early Childhood Education; and Health and Leisure Education, each headed by a senior member of staff as Head of Department and line manager. The Head of School Partnerships has line management responsibilities for school-based work. There are four functional areas headed by a Vice Principal - Academic Affairs; Academic Registry and Student Support; Corporate Services; and Educational Services. The five Heads of academic Departments report to members of the Vice Principals' group. Particular aspects of academic activity within the Departments are the responsibility of the Programme Leaders. Other teching staff have particular cross-College roles.
