   SWIMMING – Templemore Masters

Keeping active is one of the most beneficial things you can do for both your physical and mental health.  As part of our on-going commitment to supporting the community we are proud to continue our relationship with Templemore Users & Templemore ASC.     

A "Masters Swimmer" is just a swimmer 18 years and older. Templemore ASC welcomes new members who have a wide range of abilities, from casual swimmers to more competitive swimmers. 

The lanes are organised by ability and the Coach provides a training program suitable for each lane. So even if you haven’t swum for years, there will be a level to suit you.  If you are interested in swimming to improve your general fitness, stamina or technique, or just want to swim in a more motivated session or social group, then this is probably what you’re looking for.  Why not come down and swim at one of our sessions and see what it’s like?  Check the web site for available sessions http://www.templemore.org.uk.
