Feeling Stressed about Exams

Find a healthy balance for you by opening the following links:

British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy
University of Chicago - Test Taking
University of Dublin - Trinity Exam Stress Guide

The suggestions in these leaflets may help to remind you of some common-sense good practice.  However no list of strategies can tell the whole story and it is important to think about and reflect on your individual needs and fashion a solution that will meet them.

If you feel you need further help you could approach your Tutor or Adviser of Studies, the Occupational Health Nurse, the Students' Union or your GP.

Help is always also available from the University College Counselling Service.
