2 Financial Resources

2.1.1	Annual Accounts
Description	The University College effects insurance through Marsh UK Ltd. The University College offers the Teachers Superannuation Scheme to members of the teaching staff and the Northern Ireland Local Government Officers Superannuation Scheme to all other members of staff. Details of the schemes are available from the providers. Staff salaries are in accordance with the recommendations of University & Colleges Employers Association, for teaching staff and the National Joint Council for Local Government Services for all others.

2.1.2	Fraud Policy
Description	The Fraud Policy is intended to underpin the University College's commitment to the highest standards of integrity in its management and is designed to satisfy the requirement of the Department for Employment & Learning that the University College should have a written policy on the procedure to be followed when evidence of any potential irregularity, fraud, corruption or any impropriety is discovered.
