LogoStranmillis has over 90 years experience of generating educational professionals for employment across a full range of career choices.   Established in 1922, Stranmillis continues to educate people for the benefit of the local and global community.  The continuing expansion of the University College’s international work means that students, past and present, are engaging with worldwide as well as local issues.

We welcome past Stranmillis graduates to visit the University College and see developments first hand.  As the Alumni grow we plan to provide opportunities for:‌‌

  • Professional development and career networking;
  • Attendance at social functions;
  • Contributing to Alumni News and Events;
  • Reunions;
  • Access to key annual events;
  • Communication regarding campus activities and research developments.

Social Functions

The Carol Service is a celebration of Christmas in words and music and is held annually, usually the last Thursday before Christmas at a local church.

Every year the University College provides a music event with a different theme.  The concert involves students, staff and alumni. We would be delighted if you were able to be part of our event 11th May 2017.

Undoubtedly, the biggest event on the Stranmillis calendar every year is the legendary Stranmillis Pantomime. The Stranmillis Drama Society is well known for its previous successful productions of Peter Pan, Jack and the Beanstalk, Cinderella, Robin Hood and more recently, Little Red Riding Hood.

The staff at Stranmillis are keen to find out where you are now and look forward to collating pictures and stories, both past and present, to add to our ‘Life After Stran’ collection.  Please complete your Graduate Profileand return to the Marketing Office.
