Diversity and Richness
Our incoming Erasmus students add richness and diversity to our college community, creating a truly global community that learns from and shares with each other.
Erasmus+ is the European Higher Education programme which offers students, enrolled at a university in Europe, the opportunity to take time out from their own institution and spend one or two semesters at a partner university. Stranmillis University College has been granted an Erasmus Charter for Higher Education for Erasmus+ activities from 2014 to 2020.
Our incoming Erasmus students add richness and diversity to our college community, creating a truly global community that learns from and shares with each other.
We welcome applications from students who have completed at least one year in full-time higher education by the point of intended entry to Stranmillis University College.
In order to participate in an Erasmus+ exchange, your home institution must have an Inter-Institutional Agreement for student exchange in a relevant subject area with Stranmillis University College. Check our list of Global Partners to see if we have an agreement with your university.
Applications are accepted from students who have been officially nominated by their home university. Once a nomination has been received by the student’s home university by email (erasmus@stran.ac.uk) students will be contacted directly with information about our application process.
