Health and exercise is something I’m passionate about. I enjoy dancing and team sports and teach mat Pilates – for over 19 years (part-time). I am a Stranmillis University College graduate, completing the BSc (Hons) Health and Leisure Studies degree in 2011. I worked in health promotion for over twelve years, focussing on smoking cessation services across Ulster.
I look forward to helping learners achieve a healthy lifestyle.
