Human Evolution: Where do the Irish and British come from?
New genetic techniques have built on fossil finds to provide detailed knowledge of our origins and in particular the ‘deep history’ of the people of these islands. Questions arise regarding our similarities to chimpanzees, our differences from Neanderthals and other humans, and whether there are races (Saxons, Celts?).
