LNG229 Beginners’ Irish Online – Term Two
£81.00
This popular online course is aimed at those who would like to learn Irish from the beginning – and, indeed, “rusty returners” who want to make a fresh start with the language. The course will provide a strong foundation in spoken Irish, but care is taken to make sure that learners achieve a solid understanding of essential grammar.
While the focus is on Ulster Irish, the tutor will ensure that students are familiar with other dialects. The style is friendly and relaxed, helping students to enjoy their first steps in Irish.
Term Two: Commencing January 2025 – you should now have a grasp of the basics and be able to say a little about yourself.
RECOMMENDED READING: Irish for Beginners, Angela Wilkes (Usborne).
