YOGA – Carla
The current epidemic of stress, burnout and anxiety is having a massive impact on our health, mental health and wellbeing. This 8 week yoga programme was specifically designed to guide you into a deeper state of connection and self-awareness. Carla works with people who have been diagnosed with ADHD and other conditions which flare up with stress and anxiety.

In this 8 week programme you’ll be guided through a mix of ‘Vinyasa Flow’, ‘Mellow + Mindful’ and ‘Yin Yoga’ practices that will focus on: – Targeting specific areas of the body – Creating space in the body – Stretching and strengthening – Challenging your capabilities – Somatic awareness Each week you can expect breathwork (pranayama) for calming the nervous system and bringing balance, guided self-acupressure and meditation/relaxation.
