Operational Management

The Principal is the Chief Executive of the University College and is supported by 4 Directors as set out in the attached Academic Structure  and Corporate Services Structure. The Principal’s role as Accounting Officer is set out in the Governing Body’s Code of Conduct. To support good governance and management, the College has established a number of operational and academic committees.

Senior Leadership Committee – responsible for the development of the Corporate Plan and the development, implementation and reviewing of approved strategies to support the delivery of the Corporate Plan, including financial and resource planning

Corporate Planning Committee – responsible for developing the core corporate services and associated Business Plan to support the delivery of our Mission and Vision

Academic Leadership Committee – responsible for the planning and development of a sustainable academic portfolio and associated  resource planning that are aligned with the College’s strategic plans

Teaching & Learning Committee – acts as a proactive and strategic body for quality assurance, monitoring and enhancing of the highest standards of learning, teaching, assessment and curricula in the College
