A place to feel welcome
We’re here for you; here to make you feel welcome, to represent you, to help you make the most of your time here and ensure you have a great.
Stranmillis has a strong Students’ Union, led by students for students. The Union plays an active and vital role in the life of the College, giving you a voice on what matters to you; working on your behalf to ensure the highest standards of teaching, learning and professional development are delivered; and ensuring you make the most of your skills and talents through an extensive programme of extra-curricular activities.
The Union is incredibly important to the social life of the College, organising a diverse programme of events and activities from Freshers’ Week to Stran Does Strictly, Acoustic and Dessert nights in Scholars Bar to the Back to School Bop and Annual Ball. For more information on events this year contact firstname.lastname@example.org
From stage to sportsfield, whether your interests lie in the field of sport, music, drama, media or the Christian Union, there is a host of clubs, societies and activities for you to get involved with and become part of the Stranmillis community, including the legendary Stran Panto!
Throughout the year, the Students’ Union organises a host of events where you can showcase your hidden talents to help raise funds for the SU’s charity partner, Fields of Life and a range of other charitable causes. As well as helping transform the lives of others, you’ll also create memories and friendships you will cherish for life.
