Living with your pals! You always have a study buddy nearby. It is catered, so you don’t need to worry about burning the flat down!

Q. The best thing about Stran?
The social life at Stranmillis is fantastic. Neither of us knew anyone at the university before we came, yet we quickly made friends with a few other girls. How did we meet them? Firstly, Stranmillis incorporates a lot of group work into their tasks making it easier to talk to unknown people.

Q. Tell us about activities you’ve been involved with
There are loads of Students’ Union events that are so much fun to attend, such as, the Back to School
Bop, Stran does Strictly, the UV Party and our very own Take Me Out. Freshers’ week is a prime time
to meet people as everyone is in the same boat and trying to socialise as much as possible.

Q. Best place on campus?
There are also tons of places on campus to hang out, such as, Betty’s coffee shop, Chatz
restaurant and Scholars Bar, as well as great cafes, restaurants, clubs and bars in the local vicinity
