Begin your Professional Learning Programme in 2026

Begin your Professional Learning Programme with Stranmillis in January 2026.

Schools across NI have received funding for our courses which allows teachers and learning support staff to apply with Transform Ed sponsorship.

You might choose a 10-week modular programme for one-off upskilling, or you might be interested in a short course of 6 weeks.

All of our courses lead to accreditation pathways. Take time to review the suite of courses and professional learning opportunities in our brochure below.

You can even start your Master’s with us, one module at a time.

We have designed our Transform Education provision with teachers, for teachers.  Our practitioner-focused, experienced teachers will lead you as teacher educators themselves in their specialist fields, including early years, primary, post primary and post 16/18.

Start your learning programme to suit your needs as early as February 2026.

Highlights for postgraduate modules commencing in February 2026 include:

  • Outdoor Learning
  • Leadership – leading to our Postgraduate Certificate
  • Global and Shared Education
  • Careers Educational Leadership
  • Social, Behavioural, Emotional and Wellbeing (SBEW)
  • Special Educational Needs in Practice
