NEW Postgraduate Students – June 2025
For all new students, please complete and sign the below forms within 7 days of your offer (no later than 30th May 2025), and return by email to masters@stran.ac.uk
- Masters Acceptance Form
- Degree Certificate- scan copy only required.
- Photographic ID – Passport or Driving License – scan copy only required.
- Module Choice Form signed scanned copy required.
To ensure that you have filled in and returned all the relevant forms for your course and individual situation, please download our New Student Information Checklist. We ask that all forms are returned within 7 days of your offer letter.

FEES AND FINANCE – ALL STUDENTS
You must advise the College about how you will pay for your tuition fees.
All students (new and returning) must complete the ‘Tuition Fees – Finance Declaration’, confirming course details, fee amount and payment method. Forms below can be returned by post to:

A digitally signed Tuition Fee Finance Declaration can be returned via e-mail to studentfinance@stran.ac.uk. If you are unsure on how to add a digital signature please see instructions below.

STUDENT SUPPORT – New Students
At Stranmillis, our aim is to ensure that all students have access to the appropriate information, support and facilities to enable them to participate fully in all aspects of College life. This can be done most effectively if we have an understanding of any special requirements you may have, including any Health & Safety consequences associated with a disability or medical condition.
All new students must complete and submit the Student Support questionnaire below. Please detail as much information as possible regarding any condition(s) and include any recent medical letters or reports if available. All information is treated in the strictest of confidence and is only used by Student Support to plan appropriate support for you.
