As the start of a new academic year approaches, we are delighted to welcome you back onto campus in September to continue your studies as part of the Stranmillis community. Before then, there are a number of questionnaires and forms that you need to complete as returning students. Please keep an eye on your Stranmillis student email account for any updates and bulletins.
INFORMATION REQUIRED
Nobody enjoys filling in multiple forms, but there are a number of important forms and questionnaires that you must complete. We have tried to make this as simple as possible.
Timetabling Information for 2023/24
Please note student timetables will be finalised over the summer. Individual personalised timetables will be made available via the Timetable Portal and these will be published within a few days of you having fully completed the QSIS registration process.
When personalised timetables have been published, it is very important that you check them on a regular basis as it is possible that amendments/adjustments may still take place.
Finance forms should be completed, signed and returned to Finance Office, Stranmillis University College, Stranmillis Road, Belfast BT9 5DY as soon as possible.
You must advise the College about how you will pay for your tuition fees.
All students must complete the ‘Tuition Fees – Finance Declaration’, confirming course details, fee amount and payment method.
Please complete and return the appropriate forms i.e. Tuition Fees – Finance Declaration and Direct Debit Instruction (if applicable) as soon as possible.
A digitally signed Tuition Fee Finance Declaration can be returned via e-mail to studentfinance@stran.ac.uk. If you are unsure on how to add a digital signature please see instructions below.

QSIS Registration Portal Opening Times
The Registration and Enrolment Portal for returning students will open in the first week of September . Further details of exact timings will be provide in due course.

Please note that in order to login to your Qsis account, you will need your student number and password. This was provided to you during Registration and Enrolment in Year 1.
