Description

Brendan McNicholl

I have a great interest in flora, fauna and especially red squirrel preservation and I greatly enjoy learning about wildlife, fishing and bats. I am a member of the Mid-Ulster Red Squirrel group and am involved in monitoring and observation of red squirrel activities.

I hold a Fish propagation certificate with the IFM (Institute of Fish management) and have carried out surveys on Farmland birds for the R.S.P.B and Barn owls (Ulster Wildlife Trust), as they’re an endangered species.  I am also involved with running an annual survey of Bats with ‘Bats Ireland’.

I look forward to sharing this passion with other Wildlife enthusiasts.
