Investigating Links in Achievement and Deprivation (ILiAD) Volume III

Research Report

Abstract

The ILiAD study was commissioned by the Northern Ireland Executive Office (then Office of the First Minister and Deputy First Minister) and undertaken by a team of researchers from Queen’s University Belfast and Stranmillis University College, led by Professor Ruth Leitch.

It aimed to understand some of the reasons for differential educational achievement within and between deprived areas in Northern Ireland (NI). Findings relevant to the seven Ward case study areas are supplemented by secondary data analysis of a variety of differential educational factors.

Volume III is the final summary report
