Reunion: Class of 80
The College is always delighted to meet up with our alumni and we were pleased to welcome back some of the Class of 80 to the campus for a recent reunion. Having specialised in Physical Education as part of their Bachelor of Education degree, David McKee, Head of our Physical Education and Sport programmes, was happy to give them a tour of the sports labs and facilities that today’s BSc Physical Education and Sport and BEd Primary and Post-primary students specialising in PE enjoy today. Stranmillis staff (L-R rear) Dr David McKee, Professor Jonathan Heggarty, Professor Noel Purdy and Professor Ken Gibson are pictured with, from left to right, Ray Cromie, Stephen Snoddy, Lesley Rodgers, Peter Wright, Elaine Irwin and Davey Kerr.
