INSPIRE, in partnership with Stranmillis, supports student wellbeing and provides special student counselling services. It is a fully confidential service, independent of the College.

The Inspire Student Support Hub provides a range of online information, guidance, screening and intervention tools for individual wellbeing, including guided wellbeing self-assessment via ‘iHelpr chatbot’, self-help courses, digital intervention, wellbeing intervention and bibliotherapy, and a mood/sleep tracker.
