A FairTrade College, our executive chef has created a diverse and sustainable range of flexible classic and contemporary menus to suit your individual requirements. From breakfast to an informal working lunch, day conferencing to fine dining, our aim is to ensure that we provide great food, quality service and value for money, using the best fresh and locally sourced seasonal ingredients where possible.

Every event is unique and our Conferencing and Events Team will work closely with you to ensure we create and deliver the prefect menu to suit your needs and your budget.
