We may think that we can get things done on our own, but sometimes we might need a bit of help from our friends. 'The Secret Message' lesson pack contains a lesson plan, audio story-lines, a PowerPoint activity and pupil worksheets to aid class discussion and group activities, in which children can consider that, at times, we need help from other people to get the job done!

The Secret Message is a lesson designed to help pupils understand that sometimes we need help from others to solve problems, and that it’s good to be able to work as part of a team.
Children will:

- Be able to work together as part of a team.

Within the storyline we meet Betty, who is a bit of a brainiac! However, Betty likes to do things on her own and doesn’t like working as part of a team. In this audio clip we hear from Samantha, a classmate, who is fed up of Betty controlling every group project in the classroom.
